This Privacy Policy explains what bbBinge collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers bbbinge.com and the bbBinge game and membership, operated by TDBA, LLC, 3712 W. Wisconsin Ave., Unit 105, Tampa, FL 33611, telephone (813) 582-2105, email [email protected] ("bbBinge," "we," "us").
The short version. We collect your email, your password stored as a salted one-way hash, how you do in the games, and basic technical information needed to run and protect the site. Payments are handled by Stripe, which stores your full card details; we receive only limited billing information such as your card brand, expiration, and last four digits. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.
1. What we collect
- Your email address — how you sign in and how we send receipts and required billing notices.
- Your password, as a salted hash — we store a one-way hashed version (PBKDF2 with a per-user salt), never the password itself. Hashing is designed to make it very hard to recover the original password, though no method is guaranteed.
- How you play — your streaks, scores, ranks, progress, and results, so your account is worth having and your progress follows you across devices.
- Billing information — whether you are a member, which plan, and when the period ends, plus a customer reference and limited card details we receive back from Stripe (card brand, expiration date, last four digits, and whether a payment succeeded). Stripe holds the full card number; we do not.
- Waiting-list information (if you joined one) — your email, where you came from, your referral code, and which group you were assigned.
- Technical and usage data — your IP address, general device and browser information, timestamps, the pages and actions you take on the site, and security and error logs. Some of this is collected automatically by our hosting and security providers to run and protect the Service.
We do not ask for your real name, home address, phone number, or date of birth, and we do not want them.
2. How we use it
- To run the games and keep your progress attached to you rather than to one device.
- To take payment and send you receipts and the notices the law requires before a charge.
- To send account email — your streak, your standing, what is starting. You can turn marketing email off and keep your account; we will still send receipts and legally required billing notices.
- To keep the Service working, secure, and free of abuse.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run bbBinge, and they may only use your information to provide their service to us:

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or where necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of a person or of bbBinge. If bbBinge is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will note it here.
4. Children
bbBinge accounts are for adults, 18 and over. Children are welcome to play on a parent or guardian's account, with that adult's permission and supervision. When they do:
- The account and everything in it belong to the adult.
- When a child plays, we collect the child's gameplay and the limited technical and usage information described in Section 1, including IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, site actions, and security and error logs. We use and disclose this information only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain bbBinge. We do not ask a child for their name, address, phone number, or date of birth, and the account's email and payment details belong to the adult.
- What other players can see. bbBinge has weekly leaderboards. Other signed-in members can see the display name on the account, that week's points, and the current streak. They cannot see the email address, any billing detail, or anything else about the account. If no display name is set, the leaderboard shows an anonymous handle instead. Because a display name is shown to other people, please do not put a child's real full name in it.
- Before a child plays, the parent or legal guardian receives our Children's Privacy Notice — what we collect, what it is used for, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have — and affirmatively consents to the collection, use, and disclosure described there. We use a verifiable-parental-consent method appropriate to the account, and we retain a record of that consent.
- You can withdraw consent for the child without cancelling your membership. Email [email protected] and we will delete the child's gameplay and stop collecting it, while your own account stays exactly as it is.
- A parent or guardian can, at any time, review the information on the account, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. None of that requires you to cancel your membership. If you would also like the whole account deleted, we will do that too. Email [email protected] and we will help.
- We do not show children behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share a child's information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child except a child's gameplay under their parent's account as described here. If you are a parent and believe your child created their own separate account, email [email protected] and we will delete the account and its data.
5. Cookies
After you sign in, we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and Secure, meaning page scripts cannot read it and it is only ever sent over an encrypted connection, and it lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out. Our security and hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also set cookies that are necessary to protect the site and keep it working (for example, bot protection). We do not run any analytics on bbBinge — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no visitor-tracking script of any kind.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party cross-site trackers on bbBinge.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and gameplay: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information promptly.
- Billing and consent records: kept for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and consumer-protection record-keeping), which is generally up to seven years.
- Security and server logs: typically up to 12 months.
- Waiting-list data: until launch and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
- Backups: our backups are on a rolling cycle and are overwritten in the ordinary course, generally within about 35 days, after which deleted data ages out of them.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See it — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it — fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete it — close your account and remove your personal information.
- Port it — receive certain information in a portable format.
- Stop marketing — unsubscribe from anything that is not a receipt or a legally required billing notice.
To protect you, we will take reasonable steps to confirm you control the account before we act on a request, so that no one else can see or delete your information.
If you live in California, you also have the right to know the categories of information we collect and how we use them, to delete, to correct, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share it), to limit the use of sensitive information, to appeal a decision, to use an authorized agent, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and portability; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to complain to your data-protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service, your consent (for marketing), and compliance with law. bbBinge is operated from the United States, and your information is processed there.

8. Security
Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes and never in the clear. Sessions use HttpOnly, Secure cookies. Full card numbers never touch our systems. That said, no service is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
9. If there is a data breach
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate regulators as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you by email. The date at the top always tells you the current version.
